Commenting on the area’s home sales market, NEAR President Ryan Schruender said, “2014 was overall a strong year for prices and a mixed year for sales volume.  While prices were up in all categories, the increases were not as dramatic as we saw in the market shift from 2012 to 2013.  What this means for homeowners is they might consider listing their home for sale to capture these increases and take advantage of a market with eager homebuyers.”

The Northeast Association of REALTORS® is one of 1,500 local chapters of the National Association of REALTORS®.
