BREAKING….. UPDATE FROM YESTERDAYS CRASH IN BOXFORD
By: Tom Duggan – 6-26-18A Haverhill woman is being arraigned this morning after crashing her car in Boxford yesterday with two children in the car while she was under the influence of drugs.

A witness at the scene said she admitted to EMS that she had been using drugs just prior to the accident.

In the car were her 2 children, 2 and 7 years old .
>
The seven year old had permanent brain injuries and was med-flighted to Boston where it is in critical condition.
>
The Haverhill woman driving the car has yet to be identified but was charged with; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs causing serious bodily injury to a child, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs (second offense).
