American Training Honors Dan Barter

Dan Barter of Raymond, NH, founder and President of Summit Records Management, a division of Northeast Reclaiming Services, Derry, NH, was presented American Training’s highest honor last month, the Life Matters Award, at their 15th Annual Partnership Awards Masquerade Gala. This SOLD OUT event was held at the Indian Ridge Country Club, Friday, October 19, 2012.

This annual event acknowledges both companies and individuals who put “work first” for people with disabilities and those looking to live more meaningful lives. The Life Matters Award acknowledges Partners of American Training that have a deep and passionate commitment to people with disabilities.

“Dan’s passion for adventure and love for life makes him a natural choice for our first Life Matters Award. He has taken life beyond the limits, not only physically with his dramatic and heroic conquering of the Seven Summits, but with his commitment in giving back to our community by making work available to those with disabilities from Boston to the New Hampshire border. This work goes well beyond a simple gesture. Our people with disabilities are an integral and effective compliment to Dan’s nation-wide business operation,” Thomas M. Connors, President and CEO of American Training.
