The 100 Greatest Baseball Autographs will be unveiled at the National Sports Collectors Convention from August 3rd through August 7th at the Atlantic City, New Jersey Convention Center. The Zappalas will be available at the Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) booth at the convention on Friday August 5th and Saturday August 6th to sign copies of their new book which showcases the most desirable signatures in the history of our National Pastime while detailing the story behind the professional and personal lives of the men who signed their names on the sweet spot.

Selected by highly regarded autograph experts using criteria including rarity, historical importance, and popularity, the autographs chosen for the “Top 100” are the most sought-after signatures in the hobby. The book begins with the absolute pinnacle of this grouping, “The Most Wanted List,” showcasing the twenty most desirable autographs in the hobby.

From Ruth to Jeter and all of the greats in between, the players included in the book represent a cross section of baseball history. The 100 Greatest Baseball Autographs offers a complete overview of each featured player, including individual autograph analysis along with the story of the man behind the autograph. PSA/DNA experts educate the reader in the specific characteristics of each of these special signatures and what to look for when hunting for the real deal.

The 100 Greatest Baseball Autographs is illustrated with original autograph images on a variety of mediums along with corresponding player images to give a visual look at the player who signed that very desirable autograph. In some cases the player images appear on a period photo or baseball card, but in many cases the player images are original works by renowned sports artist Arthur K. Miller of Maine.
