Last month, Mayor Stephen N. Zanni launched the new Official Website of the City of Methuen at www.cityofmethuen.net. The new website is designed for easier and more efficient navigation for residents, businesses, and visitors alike.
“It is essential for any municipality to have a state-of-the-art website with the latest and most useful technology,” says Mayor Zanni.
“Our new website features interactive options for residents and important public information. The design is aesthetically pleasing, featuring a latest news section on the home page and necessary contact information and data for each city department.”
The upgraded website is part of an ongoing effort in the city to provide citizens, businesses and visitors with the most efficient and user-friendly technology options. The new website features online services such as permitting, licensing, recreation program registration and on-demand webcasts of city meetings.
www.cityofmethuen.net also offers users access to forms, documents, minutes and agendas, community links, and access to social media.
