Methuen Resident Randy Carter Honored as Volunteer of the Month at Clear Path for Veterans New England

Clear Path for Veterans New England would like to congratulate our Volunteer of the Month for November 2020, Randy Carter.

Thank you to WPKZ Radio for hosting our Volunteer of the Month Awards, along with the following sponsors: Olympic Trophy (Worcester) and Harvard Outdoor Power Equipment.

Randy will receive a gift and a plaque for his service to us and to the Veterans of New England, along with having his name engraved on an award that will hang in the halls of Clear Path.

On behalf of Clear Path for Veterans New England we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our important volunteers, especially Jeanne Purcell, our October 2020 Volunteer of the Month!!
Randy Carter entered the Army in 1983, left the Army in 1994 after 11 years and entered the Air Force. He retired from service in 2007 after serving for 24 years. Randy is a Veteran of Desert Storm and Iraqi freedom.

Randy has been building community relations in the Merrimack Valley area on behalf of Clear Path since March of 2020. He spends time coordinating with Methuen Cares and Clear Path by assisting in food distribution in Methuen and surrounding towns. He also has been assisting Veterans with applying for benefits such as SNAP, tax abatements and medical help.

Since March he has helped assist well over 500 families!

Clear Path relies on many volunteers to help us with our mission and Randy has certainly proven to be one very deserving of our Volunteer of the Month Award- Thank you Randy! ◊
