Methuen Mayor Stephen N. Zanni, the Methuen Senior Activity Center, and the Methuen Department of Veterans Affairs are sponsoring the 17th Annual Veterans Expo, Wednesday, April 27, 2016, 2pm-5pm at the Methuen Senior Activity Center, 77 Lowell Street, Methuen, MA 01844. The event is open to all Veterans, their family members, and the community at large.
Veterans Service Providers will be present to answer questions on a variety of topics and areas. Among the presenters and subjects covered are: VA Health Care, education, employment and training, Social Security, Elder Services, Northern Essex Community College, City of Methuen Assessor’s Office, Service Organizations such as the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Disabled American Veterans.
The public is invited to participate and benefit from the information offered. Admission is free and refreshments are available. The Methuen Senior Activity Center is handicap accessible. Visit www.cityofmethuen.net for a complete list of Expo attractions.
