Last fall, Former Chairman of the North Andover School Committee, Alfred Perry, was arrested and charged with embezzlement, larceny and insurance fraud.
The charges stemmed from allegations that he stole money from his business, Internet Insurance Agency. He was arranged in Lawrence District Court and last month there was a final disposition of the case.
A plea deal was presented and approved by Judge Brennan in which the case was Continued Without a Finding(CWOF) and Perry agreed to pay restitution in the amount of $22,361.66. Half is to be paid now and the other half to be paid by July 2011.
