On Sunday, April 13th, Grammy-nominated and Dorchester-bred DJ/personality Clinton Sparks, hosted a premiere party for Judas’ Chariot, a short film that is being turned into a feature film later this year.
On hand to toast Sparks’ first foray into movies were the film’s directors, John Swab and Corey Asraf, co-stars Sam Quartin and prolific Boston actor Jay Giannone (Gone Baby Gone, American Hustle, The Departed), car czar Ernie Boch Jr., former Baywatch babe Traci Bingham, local rapper/actor Slaine (The Town) and Brittany Baldassari (of MTV’s“Are you the One?” and NESN’s “Wicked Bytes”).
After the movie premiere at AMC Boston Common, Clinton hosted a listening party for his soon-to-be-released EP, Disco Ball & Chain, at Cure Lounge.
In addition, Corey Asraf and John Swab of Iscariot Films have a new short film, Let Me Make You A Martyr, with Judias Chariot being the prequel. Let Me Make You A Martyr has 30 days to reach its goal of $50,000.
