Chinese nationals are not allowed to vote in our elections, but one of them, Yupeng Sun, did do so in Andover, and in the name of another Chinese National that he was impersonating. (see story HERE)
Prior to that, Canadian citizen Sunny Manhertz registered as a U.S. citizen and voted in multiple elections in Saugus from 2012 to 2024.
In 2024 Lina Maria Orovio-Hernandez, a Columbian citizen, was able to get a Massachusetts Real ID, receive over $400,000 in government benefits, and vote in our elections.
Then there’s the recent case in Boston where State Senator Nick Collins was fuming because he was left off ballots at a polling station.
This comes after Boston was ordered to overhaul its election practices after polling locations ran out of ballots during 2024.
Alarmingly, all of these election snafus have been occurring while numerous instances of election cheating and fraud are being found time after time, even as Democrats continually insist that our elections are safe and secure.
Actual cases include Fedelina Santiago who was caught on camera stealing ballots from mailboxes in Lawrence and casting votes for herself. Prior to that Steven “Stat” Smith was imprisoned for casting fraudulent ballots in Everett when he filled out a bunch of absentee ballots for himself. Enrico “Jack” Villamaino was also jailed for fraud involving absentee ballots in Worcester.
Here’s the truly troubling part: they were all caught in spite of Secretary of State Bill Galvin, our top election official, and not because of him.
These criminals were able to fraudulently obtain ballots and to vote while Galvin and his fellow Democrats insisted this kind of thing never happens here. The only reason they got caught was because someone else suspected something, did the digging, and found the crimes.
Galvin should be proactive and doing this on his own, but he does nothing of the sort. In fact, he does everything in his power to cover these things up in the hopes nobody will notice, all to protect his fraudulent image, promoted by every news source around, as a competent official.
To continually say there’s no election fraud in Massachusetts would be like taking every state Trooper off our highways and declaring nobody is driving over 65 MPH because no speeding tickets were issued. You won’t find any cheating or fraud if you choose to not look for it.
I watched this unfold myself when a pile of perfectly legal ballots was found at my recount in Rowley. They were not counted during the election because the Town Clerk there mistakenly spoiled them. With the recount over and my opponent, Kristin Kassner, about to lose by four votes, her people were allowed to dig through that pile and pull out just five ballots, which is how she “won by one vote.”
Galvin’s office knew all of this, they knew perfectly legal ballots were going uncounted, and they let it happen so that a fellow Democrat could hold on to her one vote lead.
Let that sink in, our top election officer allowed perfectly legal ballots to get tossed so his Party could pick up one more seat in the House where Democrats already had 80% of its members.
It’s the kind of thing we’ve come to expect in our incorrigibly corrupt one-party state but fortunately Ann Brensley was able to get enough write in votes in the primary and will be on the ballot against Galvin in November. Godspeed Ms. Brensley.
