A video has surfaced on social media recently of embattled Lawrence Homeless Coordinator Kelly Birchall Frazier going on a profanity laced rampage, issuing threats, and slamming tables and chairs at a homeless dinner after a volunteer complained that she left him all alone to clean up with no help.
In response, Frazier can be heard coming unhinged, charging at the volunteer screaming; “Do you have a mother f*cking problem? You F*cked with the WRONG PERSON, faggot!”
At one point on the video she can be heard yelling; “I’m Kelly f*cking Frazier, and you’re f*cked!”
“You have no f*cking idea who you are f*ucking dealing with”!!
“You will respect me, mother f*cker!”
The volunteer, John Greenlaw, was streaming live from the homeless dinner’s transport van because of previous conflicts with Frazier.
Frazier can be heard identifying herself as the homeless coordinator, threatening the volunteer with reprisals from her convicted felon husband Donald Frazier (who goes by the “street name” Debo Brown), while several onlookers try to calm Frazier down and get her to leave.
When Greenlaw says he’s “not afraid of Debo” she starts breaking tables and chairs before racing away at a very high rate of speed through downtown Lawrence.
The video only lasts about three minutes and seems to be from 2023, after Frazier was told several times by the mayor’s office not to attend the after-hours homeless dinners because of the conflict she was creating. Frazier continued to attend the dinners anyways.
