Chief Executive Officer Carina Pappalardo is pleased to share that the The Psychological Center, Inc., is hosting a Kentucky Derby themed fundraiser to support Pegasus House, Women’s View, and the Daybreak Shelter.

WHEN:
Saturday, May 6, at 5:30 p.m.

WHERE:
Haverhill Country Club, 58 Brickett Lane, Haverhill, MA 01830

WHAT:
The Psychological Center, Inc., is hosting a Kentucky Derby themed fundraiser to support Pegasus House, Women’s View, and the Daybreak Shelter.

There will be a viewing of the live Kentucky Derby prior to dinner, followed by games, musical entertainment, a Magic Mirror photo booth, dancers, as well as live and silent auctions, and prizes for those who are best dressed and those who have the best hat. There will also be a Down and Derby mock horse race.

The Psychological Center, Inc., is seeking sponsors for the event, and offering four tiers of sponsorship to those interested.

Just Build It LLC, of North Reading, is the event’s first Secretariat level sponsor — the highest level available.

“I want to thank Orazio Guevara and Just Build It LLC for their generous support of our programming that assists those struggling with mental health, substance use, and housing issues.

Just Build It LLC has stepped up with this $5,000 sponsorship highlighting their belief in not only the work our team does, but the work each person with us does. Mr. Guevara is definitely showing our guests that there are people out there who support them, care about them, and want to help them succeed.” said Chief Executive Officer Pappalardo.

“I would also like to strongly encourage other businesses to join Just Build It LLC as sponsors and show our guests they believe in them too while having a great time at this annual fundraiser. We need their help.”

Sponsorships and their benefits are as follows:

Secretariat — $5,000 — Receives 20 event tickets, signage at the event, a press release and social media posts before and after the event, as well as a logo on one of the horses in the Down and Derby race.

Justify — $3,000 — Receives 10 event tickets, signage at the event, a press release and social media posts before and after the event, as well as a logo on one of the horses in the Down and Derby race.
American Pharaoh — $1,500 — Receives six event tickets, social media posts before and after the event and a logo on one of the horses in the Down and Derby race.

Seabiscuit — $500 — Receives social media posts before and after the event and a logo on one of the horses in the Down and Derby race.

Just Build It believes strongly in giving back to the community we work and live in. As general contractors for The Psychological Center, my team is able to see firsthand the work that they do,” said Just Build It! owner Orazio Guevara.

“We see people at Daybreak Shelter getting back on their feet with housing, employment, and life. We see women regaining their sense of self-worth and dignity at Pegasus House and Women’s View. Their graduations and other special occasions are events the men and women will remember. We are witnessing the important impact these programs make for individuals, families, and our community, and we are grateful to be able to support a non-profit organization that makes a difference in so many people’s lives.”

In addition to seeking sponsors, the Psychological Center, Inc., is also seeking donations for the live auction and silent raffle, with items like event tickets, gift baskets and overnight travel stays being sought.
