The team at the Andover Inn was honored with the Charitable Excellence award during Waterford Hotel Group’s recent Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Celebration, held at the Marriott Hartford Downtown in Hartford, CT. The Inn was also recognized during the conference with a Core Value award for sustained success.
The 2-day conference, attended by Waterford Hotel Group representatives and 55 managers from properties in the company’s portfolio, provided attendees the opportunity to share ideas, set goals, and foster the team spirit that are the hallmarks of Waterford’s consistently high performing properties. The Andover team was recognized as the Charitable Excellence winner and a Core Value award winner at awards ceremonies held to recognize the company’s top performers from 2013.
