The Town of Dracut will hold a multi property real estate auction on Wednesday, August 23rd at 12:00 P.M. at Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington Street. The live auction, conducted by The Zekos Group, Municipal Auction Strategies is an excellent investment opportunity for local residents, builders and investors.
Featured properties include a waterfront cottage on Peter’s Pond at 67 Elliot Avenue, a ±10,000 square foot commercial site currently improved with a single family home at 454 Hildreth Street and a former gas station and auto care business located at 502 Nashua Road. Properties will be available for inspection the morning of the auction.
